Job Summary: As a Store Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store operates smoothly and efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers, maintaining the store’s appearance, and handling transactions. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers with a positive attitude, assist them with product inquiries, and provide information on promotions and sales. Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
• Sales Transactions: Operate the cash register, process sales transactions accurately, handle cash and credit card payments, and issue receipts. Ensure that all transactions are recorded and balanced at the end of the shift.
• Stock Management: Assist with the stocking of shelves, display of merchandise, and maintenance of inventory levels. Monitor stock for quality and expiration dates, and reorder items as necessary.
