City Food Equipment Co is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Store Clerk to assist customers with shopping needs and operate the register. You will help load vehicles and stock shelves, ensuring a clean, inviting store environment and accurate inventory processing.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and flexible scheduling, with opportunities for promotion and training to build product knowledge. Hours are 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Work at a register to ring up and carry out customer sales.
• Collect payments by cash and credit card
• Issue receipts and refunds to customers
• Take added responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance.
• Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
• Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.

As a Store Clerk, you will assist customers with their shopping needs, loading of vehicle and lifting heavy equipment, and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities may include working the register, stocking shelves, loading vehicles, lifting or moving heavy equipment processing inventory, and maintaining the store's appearance.
