Job Title: Cashier / Valet Coordinator

Job Type: Part-Time (Weekend Shift)

Schedule: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (24 hours/week)

Position Summary

We are seeking an outgoing, reliable, and highly organized Cashier / Valet Coordinator to join our weekend team. In this role, you will be the face of our operation—providing excellent customer service, managing transactions efficiently, and coordinating seamlessly with our valet team. Key Responsibilities

• Guest Relations: Greet arriving customers warmly with a smile, build positive relationships, and proactively resolve any guest questions or complaints.
• Valet Coordination: Collect and safely secure vehicle keys for valet attendants; use a two-way radio to communicate with the garage team for manual overrides and smooth operations.
• Transaction Processing: Accurately process payments (cash, credit/debit cards, checks, and parking validations) in compliance with local parking rates.
• Financial Accountability: Calculate and distribute correct change, drop money securely following money drop procedures, and balance your cash drawer perfectly at the end of every shift.
• Reporting & Maintenance: Document daily transaction logs via detailed shift reports and maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
• Teamwork: Perform other operational duties as assigned by management to support the team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Entry-level candidates are welcome; we will train the right person!
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Language Skills: Proficient in reading, writing, and verbally communicating in English.
• Technical & Math Skills: Organized, proficient with computers, and possesses strong number skills to operate office equipment, cash registers, and manage cash processing.
• Professionalism: Ability to maintain company uniform standards at all times while on-site.
• Background Check: Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand on your feet for the duration of the 8-hour working shift.
• Ability to walk short distances and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Possess the manual dexterity required to operate essential equipment like computers and registers.
