Job Purpose:
To share the love of our brands, consistently provide genuine hospitality to our Guests, and uphold the restaurant’s high standards of service while actively contributing to the operation each shift. Promote services, answer inquiries, greet Guests, and handle cash and sales transactions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet all Guests entering the building, open the door when possible, and provide genuine hospitality with a smile.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on Guest satisfaction.
- Manage payment processes for all Guests, ensuring accurate payments at a consistent pace.
- Answer phone inquiries and direct calls to the correct location.
- Maintain cleanliness of entrance, walkways, windows, doors, and takeout areas.
- Be a team player by offering and asking for help, seating Guests, bussing tables, and assisting other departments when needed.
- Provide high-energy, engaging service to create a memorable Guest experience.
- Deliver attentive service and timely food and beverage delivery.
- Share the love of all FRG Brands.
- Anticipate Guest needs and accommodate special requests.
- Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, low inventory, and Guest issues to management.
- Help resolve Guest complaints using the BLAST Guest Recovery Model.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Certified Food Handler and TABC certified in the respective state.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Collaborate well with team members.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Motivate and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
