What You'll Do:

As a Cashier, you will be at the forefront of customer service, ensuring each guest has a pleasant and efficient shopping experience. Your responsibilities include:

• Engage with Guests: Engage in friendly conversations, make eye contact, and ensure every guest feels welcome and valued.
• Efficient Transactions: Scan items, process sales efficiently, and handle monetary transactions with care.
• Bagging with Care: Bag items thoughtfully to ensure products reach their destination in good condition.
• Stay Informed: Be aware of promotions and advertisements to assist guests effectively.
• Maintain Order: Keep your register station neat and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Communication: Relay guest requests to the Guest Services team to ensure satisfaction.
• Quality Standards: Meet all quality and quantity standards, especially during peak times at 10 am and 5 pm.
• Teamwork: Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
• Honor Commitments: Maintain regular, timely attendance and provide adequate notice for absences.
