• Set up the ColdLine by assembling equipment, stocking products, and preparing the dining room.
• Warmly welcome guests, take accurate orders and facilitate drive-thru service efficiently.
• Build custard items to specification and deliver them quickly to guests.
• Check on guests, seek feedback, and maintain a clean dining room and service area.
• Follow strict washing, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Understand all ingredients, time standards and display a strong sense of urgency.
• Break down and clean equipment and stations at closing; properly store products.
