Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year directly related experience.
• High School, GED or Equivalent required.
• Pass gaming background check.

Responsibilities

• Provides first class customer service to internal and external customers.
• Responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints professionally.
• Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education.
• Maintains a clean, organized work area and a safe environment.
• Maintains professionalism and punctuality with schedules and attendance.
• Adheres to dress code standards.
• Counts and transfers banks to POS stations and kiosks for customer access.
• Counts, sorts, counts, and wraps coins to document accuracy.
• Records all counted amounts on proper forms for accuracy.
• May pull and replace canisters from gaming machines.
