Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Vault Attendant to support secure cash operations in our West Hempstead area facility. You will verify money, distribute route guides and equipment, and ensure drivers receive accurate orders and schedules.

This is a full-time, second-shift role with potential overtime and a pay rate of $18.50 per hour. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to communicate clearly in person and by radio.

Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must have all required driver’s licenses and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
Must have a high school diploma/GED or equivalent.
Must obtain and maintain guard and gun permits as required by state.
Must communicate clearly in person and by radio.

Responsibilities

Distribute and receipt moneybags, receipts, route guides, keys, and schedules to drivers/crews.
Verify bulk money received from vaults and other sources.
Track, report missing or misrouted items.
Ensure IDs, fuel cards, keys, deposits, money, and equipment are collected at shift end.
Perform Driver/Messenger or Crew Leader duties as needed.
May handle ATM dispatch and other calls.
Additional duties as required.
