Job summary

NCR Atleos in Australia is seeking a Cash Services Analyst to optimize cash handling processes. You will analyze cash optimization methods, consolidate data sources, and report on vendor performance to ensure contractual obligations are met.

You will monitor cash demand changes, reconcile daily Bailment accounts, and support monthly SLA claims, working with CIT providers and financial institutions to maintain accuracy and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Diploma in Business/Finance preferred but not essential Experience
• Intermediate MS Excel skills
• Data analytics & dashboards
• Online Banking Facilities

Responsibilities

• Analyzing cash optimization processes and methodologies, reporting back on findings
• Consolidate multiple data sources and analyzing patterns, trends, anomalies and root causes
• Report on the performance of CIT vendors to ensure delivery in line with contractual obligations and performance metrics
• Manage outward communication to CIT vendors to facilitate understanding and awareness of organizational strategic direction, changes and challenges
• Monitor and report any important changes in cash demand that impacts Operational budgets
• Daily Bailment account monitoring, reconciliation and limit calculation
• Maintaining of SLA breach registers, assisting with monthly SLA claims
• Monthly Bailment reconciliation
• Any other tasks as assigned by Management to ensure the effective operation of the department

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyzing cash optimization processes and methodologies, reporting back on findings
• Consolidate multiple data sources and analyzing patterns, trends, anomalies and root causes
• Report on the performance of CIT vendors to ensure delivery in line with contractual obligations and performance metrics
