Job summary

Golden Waffles is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Glen Mills, PA. This 100% in-person role handles orders, shipping, and product information questions, documenting interactions in the CRM, and supporting sales teams.

You will manage customer accounts, respond to inquiries, and assist with payments, while promoting products and ensuring customer satisfaction across routes and national accounts.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact.
• Experience in the food and beverage industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and submit customer orders for shipment and ancillary items.
• Manage customer accounts including contact details and changes.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, invoices, and program details.
• Assist customers with past due balances and payments.
• Coordinate with route sales representatives to ensure order fulfillment.
• Make calls to customers on open routes to confirm needs and place orders.
• Suggest products and services to existing customers and enter leads into the CRM.
• Transfer qualified leads to inside sales or business development.
• Support national accounts with data entry and lead reports.
