Jewish Family and Children’s Services of San Francisco, the Peninsula, Marin and Sonoma Counties is seeking a Cash Receipts Accountant under the Senior Staff Accountant. Under the direction of the Senior Staff Accountant, the Cash Receipts Accountant performs accounting and related tasks associated with cash receipts, credit card processing, journal entries, general ledger account reconciliations, and other Finance Department assignments. The Cash Receipts Accountant supports the achievement of program, operational, and budget goals by carrying out assigned responsibilities in alignment with the mission and objectives of Jewish Family and Children’s Services. This role operates within the established policies and procedures, and available resources of the Agency and ensures that all responsibilities are performed in compliance with agency standards and policies, applicable federal, state, and local regulations, documentation requirements, and licensing or regulatory standards where applicable.
