Who You Are: You are interested in supporting modern finance by connecting banks and businesses with essential cash solutions. You enjoy high-responsibility work, such as ensuring ATMs are stocked and businesses operate smoothly. Our Cash Logistics Processors work within branch locations to manage cash and valuables, verifying deposits, preparing shipments, and ensuring accurate accounting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Check in all work and cash through the window.
2. Verify cash, input data into iTrack, and check deposit types including check-only, CompuSafe, ATM, Recyclers, and mixed deposits.
3. Process check imaging into FIS system.
4. Balance individual teller transactions.
5. Validate bulk pulls and fill orders with packing slips.
6. Complete daily checklists and ensure all tasks are finished on time.
7. Clean work stations, manage trash, sort deposit slips, and verify deposits match.
8. Deliver imaged work and paperwork to appropriate areas or file accordingly.
9. Follow supervisor and manager instructions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 3 months experience in cash handling, deposit processing, vault processing, or related fields.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Successfully complete required internal training.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in secure logistics or banking.
• Basic computer skills and 10-Key experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
