GardaWorld is hiring a Cash Processing Teller in Louisville, KY. The role focuses on cash-handling, deposit processing, and compliance within a fast-paced environment.

You will verify deposits, manage cash settlements, and report suspicious activity, while maintaining accuracy and security in daily operations. The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years teller experience if possible, and strong data-entry skills.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Cash handling and balancing experience highly desired.
• 1-2 years teller experience preferred.
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Verify assigned work and inspect deposit bags for tampering.
• Perform deposit processing functions and reconcile any out-of-balance conditions.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations.
• Identify counterfeit, SARs, and AML red flags and report to supervisor.
• Meet or exceed deposit processing productivity standards.
• Verify cash settlements and transfers to appropriate vaults.
• Identify and share process improvement opportunities.
• Work independently without direct supervision.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Shift: 1st shift

Payrate: $16.00 / hourly

Your Job:

As a Cash Processing Teller, you will perform the following tasks (not limited to)

• Verify assigned work and inspect deposit bags for evidence of tampering.
• Performs deposit processing functions including reconciling any out-of-balance conditions.
• Maintains compliance with all company policies including state and federal regulations.
• Identifies Counterfeit, Suspicious Activity (SAR), and any potential AML Red Flag Transactions and immediately reports same to Supervisor.
• Meets or exceeds all established deposit processing productivity standards.
• Verifies cash settlements are accurate and transfers funds to appropriate vaults.
• Identifies and shares process improvement opportunities.
• Works independently without direct supervision or oversight.

Who you are:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Cash handling and balancing experience highly desired.
• 1-2 years teller experience preferred.
• Must have strong data entry skills and experience.
• Must be Detail-oriented with basic Math skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs as needed.
