Join GardaWorld as a Cash Processing Teller, where you will ensure the accuracy of cash handling and deposit processing tasks. This full-time role offers a starting wage of $18.50 per hour and requires strong data entry and detail-oriented skills.

Previous teller experience is preferred, alongside the ability to lift and stand for extended periods. Your responsibilities will include verifying work, maintaining compliance, and reporting suspicious activities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years teller experience preferred.
• Cash handling and balancing experience highly desired.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Verify assigned work and inspect deposit bags for evidence of tampering.
• Perform deposit processing functions including reconciling any out-of-balance conditions.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies including state and federal regulations.
• Identify Counterfeit, Suspicious Activity (SAR), and any potential AML Red Flag Transactions.
• Meet or exceed all established deposit processing productivity standards.
• Verify cash settlements are accurate and transfer funds to appropriate vaults.
• Identify and share process improvement opportunities.

Your Job

As a Cash Processing Teller, you will perform the following tasks (not limited to)

• Verify assigned work and inspect deposit bags for evidence of tampering.
• Performs deposit processing functions including reconciling any out-of-balance conditions.
• Maintains compliance with all company policies including state and federal regulations.
• Identifies Counterfeit, Suspicious Activity (SAR), and any potential AML Red Flag Transactions and immediately reports same to Supervisor.
• Meets or exceeds all established deposit processing productivity standards.
• Verifies cash settlements are accurate and transfers funds to appropriate vaults.
• Identifies and shares process improvement opportunities.Works independently without direct supervision or oversight.

Who You Are

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Cash handling and balancing experience highly desired.
• 1-2 years teller experience preferred.
• Must have strong data entry skills and experience.
• Must be Detail-oriented with basic Math skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs as needed.
