Job summary

Guidehouse in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Senior Payment Posting Supervisor to lead the payment posting team and ensure accurate, timely processing of healthcare payments.

You will supervise and mentor staff, monitor productivity and accuracy metrics, and manage staffing schedules and workload distribution to optimize operations.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of relevant experience, 2 years in a supervisory role, and strong communication skills.
