The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Cash Posting Specialist I, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Posting of cash payments, correspondence and audit letters to patient accounts within established SLA requirements
  • Collaborating with insurance companies and internal departments to resolve discrepancies
  • Analyzing explanation of benefits (EOB) for accuracy and identify trends or issues that require further investigation
  • Obtaining missing explanation of benefits (EOB) for posting
  • Creating correction batches for accurate posting
  • Sorting and scanning correspondence batches for posting
Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution

AND

Minimum of (5) five years relevant work experience or experience in healthcare in a private, public, government or military environment

Work location: Remote -United States

Travel: May include up to 10%(international/domestic)
