Responsibilities

• Post insurance payments, adjustments, denials, and electronic remittances to patient accounts.
• Research and resolve unapplied cash, payment discrepancies, and reconciliation issues.
• Reconcile EOBs and posting batches while supporting month-end close activities.
• Process refunds, adjustments, and write-offs, and assist with account research.
• Support revenue cycle operations through documentation, audit preparation, and compliance activities.
