Cash Depot is seeking a Cash Operations Technician in Eau Claire, WI to manage ATM cash operations and perform first-line maintenance on ATMs, Smart Safes, and AirVac equipment. This role combines customer service, cash management, route operations, and basic troubleshooting while you work independently.

You will replenish ATM cash inventories, perform cash pulls, and ensure security procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Valid Driver's License is required
• Clean Driving Record is required
• Ability to lift and move equipment as required
• Strong attention to detail is essential
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Replenish ATM cash inventories
• Perform ATM and Smart Safe cash pulls
• Deliver coin orders and process deposits
• Follow all cash handling and security procedures
• Complete route assignments accurately and efficiently
• Clear ATM jams
• Replenish receipt paper
• Perform machine diagnostics and reboot equipment
• Install software updates
• Escalate advanced issues to technical support
• Build strong customer relationships
• Respond to customer needs professionally
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams
• Complete all service documentation accurately and on time
