Cash Depot, Ltd. is hiring a Cash Operations Technician to manage cash operations and perform maintenance across ATMs, Smart Safes, and AirVac equipment in your assigned territory. You’ll work independently, ensuring accurate cash replenishment, deposits, and timely service documentation.

This role offers a guaranteed 40-hour week, paid drive time, a 4-day work week, a company vehicle, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus with profit-sharing opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move equipment as required.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities.
• Preferred: Cash handling experience.
• Preferred: Route-based service experience.
• Preferred: Mechanical or technical troubleshooting experience.
• Preferred: Experience in a customer-facing field environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash operations and perform first-line maintenance on ATMs, Smart Safes, and AirVac equipment within your territory.
• Replenish ATM cash inventories and perform cash pulls.
• Deliver coin orders and process deposits.
• Follow cash handling and security procedures and complete service documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
• Escalate advanced issues to technical support when needed.
