Responsibilities

• Perform daily tasks related to bank operations in the Deposit Operations Department.
• Review and process general ledger entries for ATM/ITM balancing and corrections.
• Reconcile general ledgers daily to ensure deposit images have processed accurately.
• Research, locate, and correct unprocessed images when out of balance.
• Assist banking units with researching teller balancing discrepancies or differences.
• Process teller balancing general ledger entries and corrections.
• Troubleshoot Teller Capture transaction issues and provide solutions.
• Review and process general ledger entries for virtual vaults weekly.
• Gather, review, and process items required for the annual escheatment process.
