Reporting to the Cash Operations Supervisor, you will handle high-volume currency and coin shipments, verify deposits, and maintain custody controls in a regulated environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; college education is preferred.
• Proficiency with basic mathematics is required.
• Experience in currency handling or financial services is preferred.
• Entry level position with potential for growth.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in a regulated, compliance-focused environment following local procedures and controls.
• Prepare currency and coin shipments for depository institutions to meet quality standards.
• Verify all incoming currency and coin shipments and supporting documentation.
• Operate high-speed currency processing machines and maintain accountability for all notes.
• Balance team inventory daily using the cash application system.
• Overtime is required to address out-of-balance situations or heavy volume periods.
• Complete counterfeit detection training and forklift certification training as required.
