Catholic Relief Services is seeking a seasoned professional to support Cash & Market Based Programming within the HRD MB-RR Team. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in humanitarian assistance, social policy, economics or related field required.
• Minimum of five-eight years relevant work experience, ideally with an international NGO, with two years in emergency response and field-based cash/market programming.
• Experience designing CVA programs and MPCA or cash/voucher programs in sectors like Food Security, Livelihoods, Shelter or WASH.
• Experience with proposal development and donor engagement; familiarity with US government funding preferred.
• Knowledge of market assessments and response analysis for modality decisions in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of agency-wide strategies and standards for Cash and Market Based Programming.
• Provide technical solutions to CP teams for strategic planning, applying standards, tools and M&E.
• Contribute to technical design for proposals and assist with donor priorities integration.
• Lead capacity strengthening initiatives, trainings, and curricula development for staff and partners.
• Collect and analyze program data, capture lessons learned, and share best practices for learning agendas.
