The Cash Manager leads the activities and personnel of one or more assigned areas within the Cash department, ensuring the secure and efficient circulation of currency and coin to meet the needs of financial institutions and the public both during routine operations and periods of crisis. This role is responsible for developing, planning, and organizing resources to achieve department goals, objectives, and budget targets, while maintaining strict compliance with all applicable policies and procedures in a controlled environment. The level of work required is considered advanced and staff must be able to work under minimal to no supervision. This job has direct reports.

This position has additional screening requirements due to the information accessed while performing the job. These additional screenings would be initiated at the time of offer acceptance and can take approximately two months to be completed. The expected starting salary range for this position in Detroit is between $151,700 and $179,400 annually in addition to potential annual performance-based discretionary bonuses. Final salary and offer will be determined based on the employing Bank and the applicant's relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographic and other market data.
