Job summary

Renasant Bank is seeking a Cash Management Analyst to support daily cash flow activities and vendor management across its branch network. The role involves ensuring proper cash levels, operating cash management systems, and coordinating with retail partners to optimize cash delivery.

Responsibilities include monitoring cash positioning for ITMs/ATMs, reconciling accounts, and applying controls to cash handling processes.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 3 years of retail banking experience.
Strong PC skills and keyboarding.
Experience with bank software and Windows/Excel.
Knowledge of bank accounting and cash management regulations.
Detail-oriented with high accuracy in transactions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent people and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Perform daily cash flow tasks using CETO system including ordering, selling cash, and maintenance.
Monitor cash flow and positioning for ITMs, ATMs, and branches.
Oversee cash courier services and coordinate delivery/pickup with partners.
Review cash management reports and reconcile wire accounts.
Serve as point of contact for cash management vendors; process invoices.
Ensure technology access in branches for cash flow and delivery.
Collaborate with internal partners to implement cash handling controls.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
