Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and capable of passing internal training.
• Minimum 3 months experience in cash handling, deposits, or related environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform basic data entry tasks.
• Willingness to follow security protocols and supervisor instructions.

Responsibilities

• Check in all work and cash through window.
• Verify cash, input data into iTrack, and check deposits types.
• Process check imaging into FIS system.
• Balance all individual teller sells.
• Validate bulk pull and fill each order by packing slip.
• Complete daily checklists by deadlines.
• Clean stations, dispose trash, and ensure deposits match.
• Deliver imaged work and paperwork to appropriate areas.
• Follow directions from supervisor and manager.
