Delaware North Gaming at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas, seeks a Main Banker to balance vaults and count cash bags accurately. The role offers $18.00–$19.00 per hour with evenings, weekends, holidays shifts and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of cash handling experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a state gaming license.
• Intermediate computer skills including routine data input and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Verify and accept funds from drop and count staff.
• Prepare cashier money bags for upcoming shifts and balance all proceeds.
• Deliver cash draws to cage supervisors as needed.
• Maintain an accurate cash balance and prepare daily deposits.
• Train team members on procedures and ensure compliance with regs.
