Job summary

Cornerstone Servicing, a mortgage servicing division, seeks an experienced Cash Manager to oversee cash management, reconciliation, and cash flow activities. The role requires managing loan funds, payoffs, wire transfers, and bank reconciliations in a fast-paced environment.

Onsite daily in Englewood, CO, the Cash Manager will forecast cash flow, prepare reports, investigate variances, and support related journal entries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in mortgage banking/servicing environment.
• Advanced Excel skills; strong Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Handle loan funds and loan payoffs.
• Utilize Loan Vision Accounting and ERP software.
• Complete all cash management set up documentation for new and existing department processes.
• Reconcile cash application and disbursement in a timely manner.
• Monitor cash transactions to ensure bank balances and investigate unusual items.
• Forecast, monitor and track cash flow; prepare cash flow reports.
