CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle Insurance Collector to join our finance team. You will manage accounts receivable, handle denials, and implement effective collection strategies to support accurate hospital billing and cash flow.

You will work with payer guidelines, communicate with patients and providers, and help improve performance by meeting productivity targets and supporting continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years medical billing experience; hospital billing preferred.
• Experience with computerized billing systems and basic MS Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and denials using standard collection tools.
• Post adjustments and rebill claims to reconcile accounts.
• Apply payer contracts to minimize denials and optimize cash flow.
• Respond to patient and provider inquiries by phone or email.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and meetings.
• Maintain productivity standards for timely claim resolutions.
