The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and availability nights, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus, with MS Office as a supporting tool.

Qualifications

• 1 year cash handling experience
• High school diploma or GED
• + Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Enjoy working with the public
• Must be organized and able to work in a fast-paced and occasionally high-stress environment
• Available nights, weekends, and holidays
• MS Office proficiency
• Able to learn new programs and systems easily
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers and sales professionals in a friendly manner
• Maintain awareness of product knowledge, promotions, test merchandise and advertisements
• Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and media accountability at POS registers
• Review all orders with customers to maintain accuracy
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and practices including signing, pricing, and loss prevention
• Communicate Guest requests to management
• Any other duties as assigned by management
