Job summary

Bank of Colorado is seeking a detail-oriented GL accounting professional to balance and maintain cash-related accounts including Teller/Vault and ATM/ITMs. You will reconcile armored car vault entries, monitor daily balances, and collaborate with branch managers to resolve discrepancies.

The role requires knowledge of general ledger systems, banking operations, and strong customer service skills. Regular hours with potential overtime reflect banking operations needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in banking, accounting, or similar roles preferred.
• Prior balancing/reconcilement experience required.

Responsibilities

• Balance and maintain General Ledger accounts related to cash, teller/vault, and ATM/ITMs.
• Reconcile armored car vault entries and daily teller/vault balances.
• Review ATM/ITM cash, settlement, and deposit accounts for accuracy.
• Monitor exception reports and follow up on discrepancies.
• Communicate with branch managers to resolve offages and issues.
• Provide customer service to internal and external customers.
