Responsibilities

The Specialist, Cash Applications, is primarily responsible for posting all incoming payments to the correct patient accounts daily. This includes inputting and retrieving data from computer systems, reconciling accounts, and applying payments accurately and efficiently. The role requires effective communication with patients across all age groups, from school age to older adults. Any additional duties or projects assigned must also be completed.
