This position focuses on accurately applying client payments, reconciling accounts, and supporting the accounts receivable function in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include posting payments via ACH, wire, checks, and lockbox, reconciling cash to records, resolving unapplied cash, and collaborating with Billing, Collections, and Treasury to maintain

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Cash Applications, Accounts Receivable, Billing, or related accounting functions.
• Strong understanding of payment posting, account reconciliation, and cash management processes.

Responsibilities

• Post and apply client payments received via ACH, wire transfers, checks, and lockbox services
• Reconcile daily cash receipts to bank activity and accounting records
• Investigate and resolve unapplied cash, short payments, overpayments, and payment discrepancies
• Collaborate with Billing, Collections, Treasury, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate account balances
• Maintain detailed records of payment activity and adjustments
• Assist with month-end close activities and account reconciliations
• Support audit requests and provide documentation as needed
• Monitor aging receivables and help resolve outstanding account issues
• Process refunds, credit balances, and account adjustments when appropriate

This role will be responsible for accurately applying client payments, reconciling accounts, researching discrepancies, and supporting the overall accounts receivable function in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities:

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
