Job summary

Qualifications

• DHHS-related experience or education equivalent to four years.
• Valid Utah driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Investigate reports of abuse, exploitation, and/or neglect and assess safety, risk, strengths, and barriers.
• Coordinate services with families and community partners to support safety and permanency.
• Supervise visits and conduct in-home assessments to monitor progress.
• Prepare case documentation including intake records, assessments, and court reports.
• May perform 24-hour on-call duties as needed under supervision.
