Job Details

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. The management of the assigned projects and/or cases.
  2. Adherence to the general company processes.
  3. Telephone support, including implementing call-centre programs and providing assistance to patients, healthcare professionals, and funding bodies regarding funding and access issues, compliance programs, and more.
  4. Administer and adhere to case-management protocols, including clinical monitoring, data collection, patient follow-up, and adverse event reporting.
  5. Implement pharmaceutical and biotechnology market research initiatives with healthcare professionals.
  6. Manage patient programs involving outbound calls and document activities in specific databases.
  7. Participate in ongoing training and provide feedback on protocols, databases, and processes.
  8. Communicate effectively with managers and colleagues regarding case management during absences.
  9. Assist in training new caseworkers through shadowing and call monitoring.
  10. Report all adverse events to the appropriate units/departments.
  11. Perform additional duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Broad training in fields such as business, sales, marketing, or computer sciences, generally obtained through a two-year associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  2. Minimum of one year experience in customer service.
  3. Bilingual (French/English) is an asset.
  4. Ability to multitask, attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills.
  5. Experience in the medical/pharmaceutical field is an asset.
  6. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution industry.
  2. Working knowledge of automated warehouse systems.
  3. Strong business, financial, analytical, and mathematical skills.
  4. Effective communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
  5. Ability to meet deadlines and resolve issues efficiently.
  6. Excellent presentation skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

The role involves daily contact with English-speaking customers, patients, and cross-functional teams.
