Tides Family Services Inc is looking for Caseworkers in Warwick, Rhode Island. This role involves providing support to youth struggling with school attendance and connections with Truancy Court and Family Court. Caseworkers are required to work on a rotating schedule and must possess strong problem-solving skills, as well as an Associate degree.
The ideal candidate will build relationships with community partners and provide essential services. The role includes opportunities for bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole. Competitive salary ranges from $44,000 to $53,500 based on experience.
Caseworkers work with youth referred to the Outreach and Tracking Program at TFS who are typically struggling with school attendance and are at risk of involvement or are involved with Truancy Court, Family Court, and/or the Child Welfare System. This program aims to increase school attendance and performance as well as overall functioning in the home and community. The position follows a rotating schedule (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, and 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM). Your supervisor will inform you of your assigned schedule at least one month in advance.
$44,000 – $53,500
Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, language capacity, skills, and other qualifications relevant to the role, in alignment with organizational parity guidelines and market conditions.
