Job summary

United States Senate seeks a highly motivated Caseworker for one of Senator Dave McCormick's state offices. This full-time, in-person role is based in Harrisburg, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Erie, State College, Allentown, or Scranton, supporting constituents with federal agency issues and serving as a liaison with agencies and the Senator’s office.

Job description

Senator Dave McCormick is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and service-oriented Caseworker for one of his state offices. This position is a full-time, in-person position available at any of his following state offices: Harrisburg, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Erie, State College, Allentown, Scranton. The Caseworker will assist constituents experiencing issues with federal agencies and serves as a liaison between constituents, federal agencies, and the Senator’s office. This position will manage a portfolio of constituent casework involving federal agencies, communicate with federal agencies and provide timely updates to constituents. Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail is required.
