Responsibilities

• Provides supervision and ongoing support for state social work and case management staff and directs adherence to licensing and regulatory standards.
• Supervises recruitment, assessment, and file reviews for clients and families.
• Ensures staff training and development to meet agency, state, federal, and Hague standards.
• Oversees case management for pregnancy counseling, foster care, and adoption programs as assigned.
• Reviews home studies and approves final determinations based on regulatory requirements.
