Job summary

Institutional Casework, Inc. is seeking a CAD drafter to produce architectural drawings using AutoCAD for our casework products. You will create detailed drawings that meet customer specifications and coordinate revisions with our dealer network.

You will review architectural prints, prepare rough-in drawings, elevations, and hardware brochures for wood and metal casework, and maintain accurate project files. Excellent communication and ability to work under deadlines are essential.

• Strong communication skills for dealer coordination.

Responsibilities

• Review job file information and interpret architectural prints and specifications.
• Communicate with dealers on specifications.
• Prepare rough-in drawings, elevations, top layouts, and hardware brochures for wood and metal casework.
• List discrepancies between drawings, quotes, and architectural prints.
• Inform dealer and internal teams of revisions.
