About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced CaseAware Production Analyst to manage and optimize complex legal case workflows in a high-volume default servicing environment. In this fully remote, contract-to-hire role, you’ll configure, sequence, and optimize CaseAware workflows, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure cases move efficiently while meeting strict compliance standards. “Coding” in this role refers to defining rules, logic, and automation within CaseAware — it is system configuration, not software programming.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, and maintain workflow rules, sequencing, and automation within CaseAware to support foreclosure, bankruptcy, and default servicing cases

  • Collaborate with operational and compliance teams to implement customized CaseAware solutions

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure reliability and minimize disruptions

  • Optimize workflows for efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance

  • Train and support staff on CaseAware functionality and best practices

  • Document system configurations, updates, and processes for audits and reporting

  • Assist in integrating CaseAware with third-party platforms such as loan servicing systems and client portals

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience configuring, coding (workflow logic/rules), and optimizing workflows in CaseAware

  • Strong understanding of default servicing processes, including foreclosure, bankruptcy, REO, and loss mitigation

  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and maintain system reliability under high-volume demands

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams

  • Familiarity with compliance requirements (e.g., FDCPA, RESPA, TILA) and client-specific protocols

Next Steps

If you have hands-on CaseAware experience and enjoy optimizing legal workflows, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today to take the next step in your career and join a team where your expertise drives efficiency and compliance.
