Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking a case manager to support Holmen Boys and Girls Club youth facing behavioral and mental health challenges. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create safe environments and develop treatment plans for high risk youth.

Responsibilities include facilitating groups, supporting coping skills, and working with schools and community partners to promote healthy living and school success. Non sponsorship policy applies.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year working with individuals with mental health and/or substance abuse issues.
• Bachelor's degree in social work or human services related field preferred.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Broad knowledge of the mentally ill population.
• Effective communication and good listening skills.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a cooperative and team-like fashion.

$24.55 - $35.65 / hour. Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
