Job summary

Hartford HealthCare Institute of Living seeks a dedicated social services professional to join a multi-disciplinary team, providing routine social histories, counseling, referrals, and guidance to patients and families.

The role involves identifying and referring complex cases, reporting to the director, and contributing to a comprehensive behavioral health program across Connecticut's leading not-for-profit mental health network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a human services field.
• Experience in related human service settings preferred.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal.
