Job summary

Spectrum Pride LLC in Modesto, CA is seeking a Case Supervisor to lead clinical activities within a supervised caseload. You will drive technicians and clients toward treatment plan goals, oversee program implementation, data collection, and team development.

The role requires a Master’s pursuit (BCBA preferred), at least two years in ABA treatment or child development, and strong collaboration with families and multidisciplinary staff; California DOJ clearance is required.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing Masters’ Degree, and BCBA preferred.
  • Required minimum 2 years’ experience working in ABA Treatment or child development.
  • Emerging knowledge of curriculum, programming, team development and training/management of staff, behavior analysis, and data collection.
  • Cleared with California Department of Justice.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with oversight of client clinical teams.
  • Assist with programming, data collection, and behavior analysis per Case Manager.
  • Assist with training and staff management.
  • Assist with facilitating monthly team meetings with family and child’s clinical team.
  • Assist with parent training.
  • Assist with Behavior Management Plan proposals to be approved by Case Manager.
  • Assist with development and preparation of treatment reports.
  • Assist with establishment and maintenance of positive relations with family members and stakeholders.
  • Attend stakeholder meetings (IPP & IEP).

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Case Supervisor is responsible for all things clinical within their managed/supervised caseload. The Case Supervisor position will drive our technicians and clients to meeting their treatment plan goals.

RESPONSIBLITIES AND DUTIES:

BASIC & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to lift and carry clients with adaptive equipment.
  • Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Must be willing and able to restrain/hold/transport and utilize quick body movements as indicated in the Behavior Intervention Plan in the course of working with children with challenging behavior.
  • Must have manual dexterity to perform specific computer and electronic device functions for data collection.
  • Must be physically present at the assigned job location, which may include home and community placements.
  • Must be able to receive detailed information through oral communication.
  • Must have visual acuity to read and comprehend written communication through computer, electronic devices, and paper means.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel between different job sites.
  • Must have a valid California Driver’s License & insurance in good standing.

EXPERIENCE:

Required: minimum 2 years' experience working in ABA Treatment or child development

EDUCATION:

Required: Bachelor’s degree and/or Pursuit of Master’s program with completion of 12 units of ABA

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

Employment Supervisor: Case Manager

RELATED TRAINING:

Responsible for completing and maintaining all required certifications and trainings once employed including, but not limited to: CPR, Fingerprinting & Background Checks, RBT trainings and other company in-services and trainings as directed by employment supervisor.
