Job summary

America's Heartland Packing seeks a Case Sealing Operator to operate and maintain case sealing machinery for secure, accurate distribution of products. The role includes monitoring the sealing process, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

The position supports a fast-paced production environment with emphasis on equipment readiness, adherence to PPE usage, and consistent attendance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to work in a humid, cold, wet or slippery surface at varied heights in and around moving equipment and parts with the use of personal protective equipment (P.P.E)

• Mop water from the dry ice box in the morning.
• Verify that big boxes go to the big case sealer.
• Pull mini boxes off main conveyor to the small sealer conveyor.
• Check the sealers glue pots thru all day and add glue if need it.

Minimum Qualifications (Required)

• Must be 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience/knowledge of manufacturing environment
• Previous heavy machinery experience in manufacturing environment

Summary

America's Heartland Packing is set to open its doors in early 2025. The 775,000 sq. ft. greenfield project will include a harvest floor, carcass chillers, fabrication area, rendering, further processing area, storage coolers, freezers, and loading docks.
