Case Reviewer (Experienced)

Position Summary:

The Reviewer scrutinizes reports of investigations submitted by Field Investigators and Record Searchers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission to the customer. This is a fully remote position; however, local travel may be required for business meetings.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough reviews of background investigations, including reports of investigation, to ensure investigations are complete and adhere to customer and CACI requirements.
2. Provide guidance on customer investigation requirements to Field Investigators and Record Searchers.
3. Maintain quality and production that meets customer contract requirements and CACI performance expectations.
4. Identify trends in errors and communicate these to Field Investigators, Record Searchers, and management.
5. Collaborate with review team members, field investigators, and record searchers to develop training and guidance to improve background investigations.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

1. At least 12 months’ experience conducting/processing background investigations on behalf of the customer, currently working on the contract.
2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience.
3. U.S. Citizenship (required for a federal security clearance).
4. Ability to pass a mandatory pre-employment drug test.
5. Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable U.S. Government security clearance.
6. Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
7. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
8. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
9. Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and internet use.
11. Sense of mission supporting national security.
