You will pick product, palletize, operate basic material handling equipment, and support inventory control while adhering to GMP and safety guidelines.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Must have adequate math skills.
• Able to recognize and read location codes and product codes.
• Meet and exceed established GMP practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization.
• Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate material handling equipment.
• Assist in cycle counting and inventory control as required.
• Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies as required.

Position Description

Ryder is hiring a Case Picker Associate in Cedar Rapids, Iowa — offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a career you can feel good about.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay $20.00 per hour


• Additional Pay: $2.00 per hour when assigned to second shift


• Overtime Pay $30.00 per hour


• Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday - Friday 4:45pm - 1:15am

Ryder Warehouse Associates work in clean, organized, and well-run facilities to provide the safest supply chain environment
