Job description

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Process batches of pick tickets corresponding to customer orders. Accurately select and label full manufacturer cases for shipment.
2. Safely operate equipment such as elevated order pickers, motorized pallet jacks, and reach forklifts.
3. Dispose of empty boxes and packaging appropriately to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
4. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.
5. Monitor productivity systematically.
6. Receive incentive payouts monthly for qualifying performers.
7. Voluntary overtime opportunities are available.

In addition to the essential duties listed above, all positions are responsible for:

• Meeting company standards for quantity and quality of work, in compliance with all policies and procedures including WorldWide Business Standards.
• Adhering to workplace behavior policies in completing job duties and assignments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Specialized Knowledge and Skills: Ability to pass machine driver safety training, good reading, writing, math, and computer skills, effective communication skills, ability to follow instructions, manage multiple tasks, and differentiate products with similar characteristics.

Experience: Knowledge of basic warehousing operations preferred.

Other: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, or comparable work experience.

For work performed in Sparks, Nevada, the hourly rate is $19.25. Internal promotions are offered at a $1.25 increase over the current employee's rate; lateral transfers maintain the same rate.
