Job summary

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. is seeking a warehouse order picker to support outbound orders. The role involves selecting case picks, stacking pallets, and ensuring accuracy against Bills of Lading.

Shift pattern is 2-2-3 rotation from 6am to 6pm, with an starting hourly wage of $22.40. The job requires safe operation of equipment and adherence to 5S standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pulls single cases for outbound orders and hand stacks pallets.
• Operates material handling equipment including forklifts, center-rider, and pallet jacks.
• Ensures the accuracy of outgoing pallets in terms of correct SKU and quantity versus Bills of Lading.
• Ensures pallets are stacked so the consignee can obtain an accurate count upon receipt.
• Ensures products are unitized per CHD packaging specifications.
• Verifies lot codes and maintains proper documentation and record keeping.
• Supports Shipping Technicians to maintain a safe work environment and takes appropriate initiatives.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area following 5S standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.
