CVS Health is seeking a dependable Case Picker to join our warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on accurately picking merchandise cases for shipment, ensuring precise item location, description, and quantity, and preparing pallets for transport.

We offer competitive pay and benefits, with opportunities for growth. The role is full-time with an anticipated 40-hour workweek and a base pay range of $16.00–$28.84 per hour, dependent on experience and geography.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 0–2 years of warehouse or case picking experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Pick merchandise cases based on store orders, ensuring accuracy in item location, description, and quantity.
• Transfer cases to pallets or conveyors using safe lifting techniques.
• Secure pallets with tape and shrink wrap for transport.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area by following all safety guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping to keep aisles clear of debris.
• Participate in training for additional warehouse duties.
