Job Description:

The Case Packer plays a key role in a high-volume food manufacturing environment, packaging, labeling, and palletizing fresh-label soups. This position works on a production line, ensuring products are packed accurately, equipment runs smoothly, and all work meets food safety and quality standards. The role requires hands‑on, physical work in a cold environment and close attention to detail to support efficient, safe, and consistent production.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for packaging and labeling and palletizing soups.
• Could require repeated lifting of soups off of conveyer into boxes.
• Ensuring machine packaging is operating smoothly and checking labels.
• Hand palletizing Boxes weighing up to 30-50 lbs.

Pay rate:$20-22/hr - paid weekly

Location:Merrill Creek & Hardeson Rd, Everett, WA

Work Environment:

• Must wear PPE suit.
• No makeup or fake nails or jewelry of any sort.
• Fast Paced
• Cold environment - 45 degrees

Qualification:

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Good to have previous work experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry. Not mandatory.
• Available to work overtime and weekends on a seasonal basis.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.77 - $22.77/hr.
