Woods Services in Langhorne, PA is seeking dedicated Case Managers and Social Workers to transition into education roles. A bachelor’s degree is the entry requirement, with the potential to move from human services into teaching pathways and a meaningful career supporting students.

The position includes a pathway to school-based teaching and opportunities for sign-on or relocation assistance. You’ll work within a mission-driven organization focused on children and adults with complex needs.

Responsabilidades

• Assess functioning levels to develop and implement individualized educational and behavioral objectives.
• Write functional educational goals aligned with student needs, IEP/IHP/ISP guidelines, and federal, state, and company policies.
• Prepare and implement daily written lesson plans and tailored teaching techniques.
• Track student progress using objective data collection and approved monitoring systems.
• Direct and coach classroom staff and instructional aides.
• Design and implement individual student behavioral programs.
• Manage adaptive/assistive equipment and devices.
• Provide direct student care, including feeding, toileting, positioning, and transportation assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in IEP meetings to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Complete all required paperwork in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Starting Salary: $52500 / Annually | Possible Sign-On Bonus or Relocation Assistance | Langhorne, PA

At Woods Services we are especially interested in professionals with experience in: Social Work, Case Management, Human Services, Behavioral Health, Mental Health Services, Youth Services, Child Welfare, Residential Services, Family Support, Counseling, Developmental Disabilities Services, Autism and Intellectual/Developmental Disability Services. Your experience may qualify you for an opportunity to transition into a school-based teaching position at Woods Services in Langhorne, Pennsylvania.
